Recipe : Mocha Magic Cake


Enjoy making this cake when you want to try some new designs and shapes in your cake. The cake is full of taste and it becomes more delicious when you garnish it well. Try to make the cake on a holiday and enjoy the cake with your family. You can also make this cake on good occasions as it is simple and easy to prepare with some simple steps.




Ingredients :-                                                                         Makes: 8-10 servings.

1 package (18.25 ounces) Favorite Chocolate Cake Mix               Tools: Fanci-Fill™ Cake Pan set
1 3/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup Frozen whipped topping , thawed
White Chocolate Buttercream Icing
Chocolate shavings (optional)






Instructions :-

Step 1 - Preheat oven to 350°f. Until the oven gets heated till then spray both fanci-fill pans with vegetable pan spray.

Step 2 - Prepare cake mix as directed on package, then divide batter evenly between prepared pans. 

Step 3 - Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. cool in pan 
on wire rack 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely.

Step 4 - Take a medium bowl and whisk milk and coffee powder together. When the milk mixture 
gets ready beat pudding mix into it with wire whisk and continue beating it for 2 minutes. Keep 
it aside for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Step 5 - Fold it in whipped topping. Fill all the cavities of cooled cake.

Step 6 - Assemble cake by inverting top layer onto bottom layer. Chill the cake while preparing icing.

Step 7 - Take a large bowl and mix cream butter and shortening with electric mixer until it 
gets light and fluffy.
Step 8 - Add the melted chocolate and vanilla extract into it and beat it well. While beating 
the mixture gradually add sugar, one cup at a time, beating well after each addition.

Step 9 - Add milk and beat it until icing is light and fluffy about 7 minutes.

Step 10 - Ice the cake and add chocolate shavings as desired.


Foodie Tip :- If you want to write something on it, then draw out your text with a toothpick before going at it with a pastry bag. It will help you to maintain the decorative design and will also look with better writing.
