1. Drink a glass of water before Eating

If you are taking 2100 calorie per day, divide with you small meals.

There are amazing benefits for eating slow. The eating of food slowing during meals mainly makes us lose weight as a lot of studies show eating helps us to lose weight. These studies shows that we will lose our weight but in a long time, But we are taking here for eating slowly. A study also shows that it normally take 20 minutes for our brain to register that we are full and if we eat fast foods or eat quickly we will be eating more instead of that if we eat less and slowly, we lose weight by taking less calories. Eating slowly also helps us in better digestion which is necessary and also by eating our food slowly we can enjoy our food. It is also rebel against fast food and fast life. 4. Know your Serving Size

For loosing weight and getting a flat tummy knowing the serving size becomes more important as you must know your serving size because it help you to make a difference between how much you need to intake and how much you actually intake. You must know that Different foods have different serving sizes and check if you have perfect serving size. Improvise your serving size with perfect tool as you may risk to your diet by not checking your serving size. Knowing right amount of serving become more important for your gender and men, women and children have different serving size. When it come to fruits and veggies in serving size kids needs six serving while women and teenagers needs seven and men needs whopping nine servings per day.

5. Never Skip Breakfast


Skipping the breakfast is never the solution for a flat tummy. The thing which circulates in mind when a person skips breakfast is " I haven't ate breakfast, So i need to eat more during lunch". This makes your mind think you need more food as you skipped breakfast. This thinking creates mores desire for food and you intake more calories while eating, which is even more then the combination of breakfast and lunch both. So it is always preferable to take a breakfast. The breakfast can be low calorie snack or some fresh fruits will also do.

6. Drink lots of Water Everyday


Water is the best option for weight loss. Just replace water in place of soda, cola, alcohol, etc. Water as many benefits which primarily includes weight loss. Drinking water gives us energy, protects our skin by getting rough, it lowers the risk of heart attack, also helps is digesting and cleansing our body. Dehydration can cause head ache which is the starting point. Many times we get headache it normally due to not drinking enough water.  

7. Don't Starve Yourself

Starving is not the solution for the weight loss. You will have to reduce your calorie intake per day so that it ultimately reduces your weight. If you are taking less calories and also doing work more then that calories then you will suffer from unhealthy weight loss and if you are less work according to your calorie intake then you will probably see no sign of weight loss. So the main key is to match your calorie intake with the work you do.

8. Don't Isolate just your Stomach


Isolating your stomach is not the perfect solution because you are working only on one muscle to lose your weight. Working on different exercises and on every part of body that helps you lose your extra fat. If you need to lose your stomach fat you will have to change your diet and exercise habits. 

9. Five Servings of Fresh Fruits or Veggies


Dietitians and nutritionists always suggest to eat five servings of fruits or vegetables a day. That will help you in maintaining the health. But how to determine the servings of a fruit or vegetable. Also everybody has different jobs and according to it one needs energy. It's also different in the case of children, women and youngster and men. For children and other older inactive women 3 servings of veggies and 2 serving of fruit is needed. For active women and youngster 4 servings of veggies and 3 fruits at least. For active men 5 servings of veggies and 4 fruits are at least needed to stay healthy. Eating as per this will also help you by taking a fruit in short interval of time. This will help you to eat five meals a day.

Recipe : Spongbob Squarepants Cupcake in 2 different ways.

I was normally surfing over through the web to search some interesting recipes to share with our members and i got a suggestion to share Spongbob Cupcake recipe as the member was not easily able to find the recipe over net. I thought it was a good idea to share with our members and after reading the articles and other stuff relating to the recipe here is the result. The first one is a little difficult to make but the second one can be made by anybody who is cooking. So, Presenting you the Recipe : Spongbob Squarepants cupcake.

As i already wrote to share recipe in two different ways here are they as following below.

The first way is where you can make whole spongbob with his body.



Ingredients :-

Regular favorite flavored cupcake
Cream of favorite flavor
Yellow fondant
Red fondant
Blue Fondant
Black Fondant
Brown Fondant
Black Gel icing

Directions :-

1) Take the yellow fondant and divide it in six different parts ; two for hands, two for legs, one for face and last one fir nose. Shape it in square for face and built hand and legs accordingly. Also to look his face real make small holes at different spots.
2) Take brown fondant and divide it in 3 parts and make his pants.
3) Take white fondant and divide it in 9 parts and make his 1 shirt,2 eyes, 2 hands, 2 socks and 2 shirt collars.
4) Take blue fondant and divide it in two parts each for eyeballs. Take red fondant and make his tie.
5) Take black fondant and divide it in 4 parts; 2 for shoes and 2 for eyes.
6) Assemble his body and fix them by moistening them. See the image for assembling. Place the Spongbob over the cupcake using cream and stick it. Use black gel icing for eyebrows.
7) Serve it and enjoy.

Children would like to taste it and will really enjoy it.

Now, the another way to make spongbob cupcake where you can only make his face over cupcake. This one is quite easier then the first one.



Ingredients :-

Regular favorite flavored cupcake
Black gel icing
Blue gel icing OR blue Fondant
Red gel icing OR red fondant
White fondant
Butter cream frosting OR yellow fondant
Coke Straw

Note :- You can also use fondant in place of gel icing.

Directions :-

1) Take your favorite flavored cupcake and using butter cream frosting OR yellow fondant cover the cupcake from above.
2) Take white fondant and divide it in 4 parts; 2 for teeth and 2 for eyes. Take 2 eyes white fondant and place it on cupcake by moistening it.
3) Take a straw and make a little hole between the eyes and place blue gel icing in it and fill it.
4) Take black gel icing and make a circle over his eyes and put a spot over blue gel icing placed in the eyes.
5) Make funny nose and smiley mouth using black gel icing. Use red gel icing and add freckles to the cheeks.  6) Use the two left teeth and place it below mouth by moistening it.
7) Serve it, enjoy it, share it.

Recipe : Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips



This recipe comes into the appetizer or snacks category. The recipe is full of tasty fruits and tortilla chips which makes the recipe more interesting during breakfasts or in the evening. It is better to eat it in the morning as you will get nutrients from the fruits. 

The Recipe will give you the taste full of crispy chips and yummy fruits. You can also add your favorite fruits which you like. To make the Recipe more interesting you can also make some changes in the ingredients.
For example:- you can put one ingredient of sweet fruit like apples and another of sour fruit like oranges or pineapple. This will make the recipe sweet and sour.

The recipe is easy to make which will also consume your time plus this recipe also doesn't contain ingredients which are difficult to purchase from the market. All the ingredients can be easily available in the stores nearby you.

So this was about the recipe and now coming up to the directions and ingredients of the recipe.

The recipe preparation time is around 10 minutes and the cooking time is 15-20 minutes. The recipe will be ready in 45-50 minutes minimum. 

      Ingredients:- 
     
You will need

-> 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
-> Butter flavored cooking spray
-> 2 kiwis
-> 2 tablespoons of white sugar
-> 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
-> 2 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar
-> 3 tablespoons of fruit preserves, any flavor
-> 1 pound strawberries
-> 8 ounces raspberries
-> 2 Golden apples


        Directions:-
         
1) When all the ingredients are on the table first wash all the fruits and ensure that they are properly cleaned then start cutting the fruits. The apples should be nicely peeled, cored and diced properly. In the same way also peel and dice kiwi nicely. Also dice strawberry and raspberries.

2) After dicing and peeling respective fruits take a large bowl and empty all fruits with white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves into the bowl and mix all of them thoroughly. Check for all the ingredients gets properly mixed. After mixing cover all the ingredients and put the bowl in refrigerator so that they get chilled. Put the bowl until the fruits get chilled.

3) Until the fruits are chilling, preheat oven to 175 degrees C (350 Degree F) and take the butter flavored cooking spray and coat one side of a flour tortilla with it. Cut it into wedges and arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Take the desired amount of the cinnamon sugar and sprinkle wedges also spray again with cooking spray. 

 4) Bake it in the preheat oven for 9-10 minutes and repeat the same process with remaining tortilla wedges. Once the wedges are cooked, allow them to cool down. Then take out the chilled fruit mixture from refrigerator and serve it with chilled fruit mixture.

Why all Vegetarians & Vegans should know & beware about Maggi and other E foods??

The main reason behind this article remains for the awareness regarding maggi. I am also a foodie and love eating maggi whenever i am tired but decided to share this with all Maggi lovers.
Many of us can't live without " Maggi " especially when one is away from home, in a foreign land. Here is a piece of information to share so that we can remove the potential health hazard of consuming Maggi. Maybe you should print this e-mail to keep as a reminder, pin it up in the kitchen or dining room as reminder or in your purse if you are always traveling.
The reason why all vegetarians should know about maggi are health related issues, its the non veg product, and other products which seems to be a veg product but they not & why jain and vaishnav religion people can't eat maggi. All the reason are listed below. I hope you aware people about this are reading it.

1. Health related issues

Beware Maggi Lovers : Cooking Maggi Noodles in wrong way is very dangerous for health.

There is a certain way to cook maggi. You may be thinking whats new in this but the cooking process which is shown behind the packet maybe right but it is surely harmful to your body because maggi noodles are coated with Wax which harms us and takes 3 to 4 days to excrete the wax which is harmful. The ingredient called MSG can make you fat and fat people know how much difficult it is to loose their weight. Maggi should not be given to young children as they are also harmful to them.


Normally, how we cook the instant noodles is to put the noodles into a pot with water, throw in the powder and let it cook for around 3 minutes and then it's ready to eat. This is the WRONG way and dangerous method of cooking the instant noodles like Maggi. By doing this, when we actually boil the ingredients in the powder,normally with MSG, it will change the molecular structure of the MSG, causing it to be toxic. The other thing that you may or may not realize is that, the noodles are coated with wax and it will take around 4 to 5 days for the body to excrete the wax after you have eaten the noodles.

CORRECT METHOD OF COOKING MAGGI:

The correct way to cook instant noodles without harming our bodies and health is

  1. Boil the noodles in a pot of water.
  2. Once the noodles are cooked, take out the noodles, and throw away the water which contains wax.
  3. Boil another pot of water, add the cooked noodles into the hot boiling water and then turn off the stove.
  4. Only at this stage when the stove is off, and while the water is very hot, add the flavoring powder into the water, to make noodle soup.
  5. However, if you need dry noodles, remove the noodles and add the flavoring powder and toss it to get dry noodles.
2. Maggi is non vegetarian

Maggi contains MSG (Monosodium glutamate) used as a flavor enhancer, which is made? using Bactosoytone, itself made from soy protein using a catalyst enzyme porcine (taken from intestine of Pig). Chemically, catalyst never goes in the molecular structure of Bactosoytone, hence it's Vegetarian for Nestle. MSG as such is harmful to health. Maggi also launched no-MSG series known as Vegetable Atta-Maggie, but that's just a makeover.



Atta Maggie contains? DSG (DiSodium Glutamate), which does contain Bactosoytone. Not written in ingredients as such, hidden under alias Flavor-627. Maggi also contains flavour enhancers E 631 and E 635. Also a huge number of popular packed foods such as Maggi noodles, biscuits etc and even other products such as toothpaste, soaps etc contain animal fat in them, that too, mostly PIG FAT.

Pigs skin juice is used for bringing taste to maggi ans other flavour enhancers are listed in the above tables which play an important role in bringing the taste to the Maggi.

After boiling, taste both of them. They will taste the same.

  • Albumen: This is the white of egg and is commonly used on bread and confectionary.
  • Ajinomoto: Made from fish. Used as a sauce or in Chinese food.
  • Cheese: Most foreign cheeses are made by using stomach acids obtained from the slitting the stomachs of calves while alive.
  • Chewing gum: Usually made of vegetable gum but may contain glycerine, gelatine, stearic acid and emulsifiers of animal origin. Check on the label.
  • Chips: Always fried in animal fat abroad at all fast food eateries. Packaged Indian crisps must specify that they are cooked in vegetable oils or assume that they are not.
  • Chocolates: The most commonly used animal ingredients in chocolates are egg white, egg lecithin, shellac and gelatine. Nestle’s Kitkat is made of calf rennet. Turkish Delight, fruit rolls, toffees, marshmallows, jujubes, peppermints usually contain gelatine. Polo Mints contain beef. So do most Western sweets that come in via the Middle East. Smarties contain cochineal.
  • Colas: May use ester gum as emulsifiers. Ester gum’s main ingredient is glycerol. Coca Cola admits to using glycerine.
  • Ice-cream: Unless specifically listed as vegetarian, the ice cream contains eggs and gelatine obtained by boiling cattle udders, noses and anuses. Amul and Baskin Robbins are vegetarian.
  • Jam: Jammay contain gelatine
  • Jelly: Jelly is always made of gelatine. In fact the word jelly is a short form of gelatine. A few companies make it from vegetable gum and mark it as vegetarian jelly. Look for the label.
  • Varakh: This is made by beating silver between fresh hot cow/buffalo intestines. Each piece of varakh contains specks of intestine.
  • Riboflavin: This is used as a orange-yellow coloring agent. It is obtained from egg yolk or liver. It can also come from vegetables but that is expensive. Check with the manufacturer.
  • Worcester Sauce: It contains small fish called anchovies.
