"The day of love" also known as the Valentine's Day. It is the symbol of love. The Valentine's Day is observed on February 14 each year. It is celebrated in many countries around the world, although it remains a working day in most of them. So considering it, we have arranged something that you can gift to your valentine. 1. Recipe - Valentines Rose Cake Pops

The rose cake pops is a creative idea to impress your valentine. It is simple and easy to make. Have a look!

Ingredients :-


  • Chocolate Cake/ Chocolate Cupcakes
  • Lollipop Sticks
  • Marshmallow Fondant/ Normal fondant/ Modelling chocolate 
  • Candy(melted)
Process :- 


Take the fondant and make a long oval shape and roll it up for the center of the rose.


Add semi-circles rose petals to the center of the rose by making it gradually bigger.


Make the rose petals slightly bigger then the small chocolate cupcake/ cake pop. Make sure that the rose petals left to cover the cupcake/ cake pop should be enough big to cover it with fondant.


Take the melted candy and roll it over the lollipop stick and place it between the center of cupcake / cake pop. 


Now place the melted candy on cake pop/ cupcake and place the rose petal fondant made on the lollipop stick.


Now cover the cake pop/ Cupcake with the remaining fondant to cover it and stick it with the melted candy. Check for proper finishing and detailing if melted candy is leaking, etc.

Wrap it and present it to your valentine. 


2. Recipe - Chocolate caramel brownie hearts

Ingredients :- 
  • 180g dark chocolate,chopped
  • 150g butter,chopped
  • Cocoa powder,to decorate
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 1/4 cups plain flour

  • 220g-block caramello chocolate, frozen, chopped (see tip)        
Tip: Freezing the chocolate makes chopping the chocolate into squares easier and ensures whole chunks of caramel in the brownies.                                            

Process :-
  1. Take a 18 cms x 28 cms rectangular slice pan and grease it. Preheat the oven to 160°C/180°C. Line base and the sides with baking paper, allowing a 2/3 cms overhang a long ends.
  2. Put medium saucepan over medium heat and place butter and dark chocolate. Mix it, stir it for 3 to 5 minutes until it gets smooth. Remove the heat, stir sugar in it and set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Whisk eggs into the chocolate mixture until combined properly. Add sifted flour, cocoa and whisk again. Fold the caramello chocolate and spread the mixture into the pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until top is firm to touch. Set it aside to cool completely.
  4. Using a heart-shaped cutter, cut the brownie. Serve it with dusted cocoa powder.
